Scott Hickey is CFO of Resonant Clinical Solutions. He has held CFO roles at Natus Medical, A&E Medical (Zimmer Biomet) and Acessa Medical (Hologic), and private equity operating roles with The Riverside Company and American Capital. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at KPMG LLP as a Director in their M&A practice advising private equity and strategic buyers and as a Sr. Manager in their assurance practice. He earned a BBA from Siena College.

A globally recognized business technology leader, Sanjay Lall brings deep expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, and enterprise systems to his role as Chief Information Officer at Resonant Clinical Solutions. He has served as CIO at Americold, Interface, STERIS, and others, driving innovation across front- and back-end technologies. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Miami and a B.Com. (Hons) from the University of Delhi.

George Marquez drives global growth and EBITDA performance at Resonant Clinical Solutions. As Executive Vice President, Global Operations, he draws from his extensive experience in clinical services, operational transformation, and service innovation. He has held senior leadership roles at Avantor, CONMED, and Cardinal Health, consistently delivering results across complex healthcare and life sciences organizations. George holds both an MBA and a BS in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Serving as Vice President of Global Business Development, Arbi Harootoonian brings over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. With a foundation in laboratory science and executive leadership at Therapak, he played a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition by VWR and the integration of EPL and MESM. He led commercial teams at Avantor Clinical Services and now spearheads global growth strategies at Resonant Clinical Solutions. Arbi holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University and a BS in Biology

As Vice President, Customer Success at Resonant Clinical Solutions, Peter Fortugno leads initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in customer success, clinical services, and field operations, Peter has held senior roles at Avantor Sciences and Siemens Industry. Peter holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BA in Biology from Western Connecticut State University.

Vice President of Global FP&A at Resonant Clinical Solutions, Michelle Smith brings over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry and more than 15 years leading high-performing finance teams to Resonant Clinical Solutions. She has a strong track record of driving profitability through strategic planning, risk management, and effective leadership. Michelle has managed budgets exceeding $1 billion, delivered substantial cost savings, and played a key role in guiding business decisions while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

In his role as Vice President, Legal at Resonant Clinical Solutions, William Miller oversees all legal matters across the organization, drawing from his extensive experience in legal strategy and governance within the biotech and life sciences sectors. William began his legal career at Hogan Lovells LLP in the Corporate, Securities & Finance group, previously served as Head of Corporate Law at ImmunoGen and has held senior legal positions at Novartis and Ipsen.

Jim Rubbo brings deep expertise in mergers, acquisitions and post-integration strategy to his role as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Resonant Clinical Solutions. A seasoned life sciences executive, Jim combines technical insight with business acumen to lead complex integrations and support scalable growth. He is a proud alumnus of Drexel University.

As Vice President of Quality & Regulatory at Resonant Clinical Solutions, Jason Gumaer leads global quality, regulatory, EHS, and ESG functions. He has over 20 years of experience in regulated industries and a strong record of building compliant, business-aligned quality systems. In his previous role as Director of QA at Abbott, he led QMS integration and MDR/IVDR certification. Jason holds an MPH from FIU and multiple degrees from USC.

As Vice President, General Manager Equipment and Ancillaries, Stewart Stevenson leads product, supply chain, and lifecycle management for clinical trials at Resonant Clinical Solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain and general management having held senior leadership roles at Avantor Sciences and Nutreco. Stewart holds an MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University and an Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).

As Vice President, General Manager of Kitting, Mike McLaughlin oversees kitting operations at Resonant Clinical Solutions, serving both the diagnostic and life sciences industry. Mike is a proven expert with over 20 years of leadership experience in medical supply distribution services, as well as procedural and diagnostic kitting manufacturing. He led Cardinal Health’s Aero-Med business during COVID-19, meeting surging demand in laboratory services while optimizing logistics and advancing innovation in life science product distribution.
